The study contains the results of a survey, inventory and analysis of existing land uses in and around the city of Georgetown. It sets forth a plan for future development and recommends an improved system for facilitating traffic. A neighborhood analysis identifying social and physical problems within nine homogeneous areas, accompanied with a program for improving each of the nine neighborhoods, is also included. (Author)
