Plastic Covers for Potable Water Reservoirs
The report summarizes data and information gathered to date on plastic films which may be used as covers to protect potable water in storage reservoirs. Important properties and characteristics of the films selected for an outdoor exposure test are listed, together with a price comparison of the unreinforced films. The procedure, including the statistical design, for an outdoor evaluation of selected films is described, and technical information on cover construction and cover attachment techniques is presented.
