Koud Gevormde Profielen (Cold-Formed Structural Members)
Emphasis is placed on the discussion of the mathematical methods for cold-formed structural members and the means of connection. For the sake of completeness, however, an overview is first provided of the current types of structural members and their applications; subsequently, a certain amount of attention is given to production methods and the influence of this on the material properties. Included in the discussion of material properties are sections on folds in thin pressed sheeting, beams burdened by bending and by pressure, connecting techniques and profiled roof sheeting.
