The primary function of the overall program design is to assure that the human and financial resources of the district are used effectively. The Housing Element Update, contained in the Regional Planning Program, reflects the changes in the housing situation from the previous year. The Technical Assistance section summarizes the assistance provided by the district to the local political subdivisions. The A-95 Review section lists the projects that have been passed by the NCPDD office and are in conformity with the district plans and programs.
