The Performance of Fine Cold Asphalt in Experiments on Roads Carrying Heavy or Medium Traffic
Results are given of two full-scale road experiments designed to study the performance of fine cold asphalt. In both experiments a range of different aggregates was used, and with each aggregate the binder content of the mixture and the grading of the aggregate were varied. Coated chippings were rolled into the surfacings at light-to-medium rates of spread. (Author)
