Master Plan Report-1971: Collins Community, Cattaraugus Valley Area, New York
The Master Plan Report for the agricultural, semi-rural community addresses itself to directing future development within a suburban band linking the hamlet centers of the community. The importance of public sewerage systems in the hamlet centers and in this suburban band is stressed in the plan. The remainder of the community is to be at a low density where public facilities may be minimized. Attention is given to preserving the more scenic and wooded areas, particularly along the Cattaraugus Creek and the southeastern edge of the community. (Author)
