The report investigates the extent, type, and causes of blight within the Lumberton Planning Area and identifies existing physical, social, and economic conditions. Based upon a close analysis of these conditions, this study recommends a general program for renewal. The report also includes an analysis of the housing conditions in the Lumberton Planning Area, and a summary of the 10% survey is included herein.
