Highlands Farm Dam is an earthfill structure with a maximum embankment height of about 28 feet. The reservoir is used for irrigation purposes and is located on an orchard farm adjacent to State Highway Rt. 94. The overall visual evaluation of the facilities indicates that the Highlands Farm Dam is in good condition. It is recommended that the downstream slope and the toe of the embankment on the right side be cleared of all brush and weeds to permit closed observation of the wet condition. The downstream channel of the spillway should also be cleared of trees and brush over a length of about 100 feet.
