This report provides information and analysis on the physical condition of the dam as of the report date. Information and analysis are based on visual inspection of the dam by the performing organization. The examination of available engineering documents and visual inspection of the Ischua Creek Watershed Project-Site 6A dam did not disclose conditions which constitute a hazard to downstream human life or property. The total discharge capacity of the combined principal and auxiliary spillways is adequate to impound and safely discharge the floodwater resulting from the Probable Maximum Flood (PMF).
