Alternatives for treatment and recommended treatments for the Mascot group - buildings are presented in graphic as well as written form. The Historical Data Section discusses the development of this parcel of land in 1897 by three speculators - J.A. 'Doc' Cleveland, Captain Elias W. Johnston, and Otto Wolf. The effects of the Klondike Gold Rush on the establishment of Skagway is presented briefly. The report contains illustrations and drawings.
