The report describes the application for new major license for constructed Grandmother Falls Project No. 2180, located in Lincoln County, Wisconsin on the Wisconsin River. The project consists of a concrete dam with a spillway section and an integral powerhouse, an earth embankment section, and a reservoir with a surface area of 758 acres. The powerhouse contains three generators rated at 1,000 kw each. Four free public boat landings are provided and 3 areas are being set aside for future campgrounds. A brief summary of adverse and beneficial environmental effects is included.
