The Fraunhofer-Institute for Physics of Buildings conducted a study about modernization of buildings. The study is addressed mainly to craftsmen's enterprises and the building trade are usually the ones to carry out such measures. One aims at informing them about energy-saving construction measures and their impact on the building and its inhabitants.
