The report describes a comprehensive (Master Plan) for the village of Valley View, Illinois. Analysis of population and existing and planned development indicate a very rapid community growth particularly in the near future. Rapid commercial growth is anticipated to serve the population needs. Long-range plan proposes three residential neighborhoods to accommodate residential land and basic facility needs. A central area is proposed to accommodate business and shopping as well as major governmental service needs as the community grows. A major streets system is proposed to facilitate vehicular movements between sectors of the community and between built-up areas and the area-wide highway system.
