Improvement of transportation is proposed in an East-West direction in a rapidly growing community. The proposed project will complement the planned development of Utah County and Orem City. The aesthetics and safety of the existing street will be improved. No substantial relocation of residents is to be undertaken and the sociological implications are minimal.
