The purpose of this study is to provide a neighborhood development plan for a particular street area of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky, and delineate a commercial areas study plan for Montgomery County. The goal of these studies is to provide citizens of the community with a better place to live and provide the commercial areas with a plan for accelerating their growth and reduce the effect that the readily accessible Interstate has inflicted upon county commerce.
