Dam Hole Pond Dam is a 114 foot long, concrete faced, cemented stone masonry gravity structure with a maximum height of approximately 12.5 feet. The dam includes 54.5 feet of broad crested spillway separated into 33.5 foot and 21 foot sections by a gate house. The dam in intermediate in size with a significant hazard potential. The test flood is in the range of 1/2 the PMF to full PMF. The dam is in poor condition at the present time. There was serious seepage noted at the toe of the dam; which requires prompt attention. Operationally, the dam requires some routine maintenance to preclude the development of more serious problems.
