This document is an Environmental Assessment (EA) for the Central California Area Office (CCAO) Building Replacement Project (BRP) that has been prepared by the U.S Department of the Interior, Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) to satisfy the requirements of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) (42 USC1 4231 et seq.) and the Council of Environmental Quality's Regulations for Implementing Procedural Provisions of NEPA (40 CFR2 SC1500-1508). The document describes the affected environment and the potential direct, indirect, and cumulative effects related to construction of the CCAO BRP.
