Design Standards for Circulation Facilities
The publication contains a set of standards to be followed by city staff and private developers whenever public streets, driveways, or public parking facilities are designed or constructed. The standards govern design speed, street widths, horizontal and vertical alignment, slope easements, and traffic separation, storage, channelization and control all related to the street function, topography, and existing and future development. Safety, comfort and other community goals are the base root of these standards. (Author)
