The Community Facilities Plan for the City of Trenton is prepared to improve and assure the availability and delivery of public services and community facilities to all citizens of the city. The plan will show the location, type, capacity and area served by public facilities, the extent of change for public facilities to be improved or modified, and in general terms, the location and area to be served by proposed new public facilities. The plan for community facilities will be coordinated with the land use and transportation plans, and will give special attention to any multi-purpose facilities, such as schools, playgrounds, and community centers as these relate to such plans.
