The City of Hot Springs, Arkansas proposes to construct a new central waste water treatment facility, sanitary sewer interceptors, outfall lines, and lift stations, and to rehabilitate existing sewers. All of the proposed improvements will be located within or proximate to the city limits of Hot Springs, Garland County. The new treatment facility will be constructed on the shore of Lake Catherine downstream from Carpenter Dam. The new sanitary sewer interceptors will be constructed within the city limits and in the adjacent outlying areas. The existing sewers to be rehabilitated are also within the city limits. (Author)
