The report provides an inventory and evaluation of existing water and sewer planning, other functional planning, and comprehensive planning within the District which comprises the six counties of Abbeville, Edgefield, Greenwood, Laurens, McCormick and Saluda. The objective of the study is to provide for District residents the required planning for community water and sewer systems at minimal cost. (Author)
