The dam is a 278 ft. long 'L' shaped, concrete overflow gravity structure. It is 51 ft. high. The dam is judged to be in fair condition. The inspection revealed spalling of concrete, possible plugging of drains, minor erosion and subsidence of soil in the pendtock areas. The test flood is equal to the PMF. It is intermediate in size with a high hazard potential. There are various remedial measures which must be undertaken by the owner. (Author)
