The project proposes to construct a two-lane highway for NC 62 between the present intersection of NC 62 and SR 1111 in Caswell County and the intersection of NC 62 and SR 1111 in Alamance County. The proposed project will provide a much improved highway facility in the area. The adverse effects consist of the displacement of seven residences and a commitment of about 85 acres of land.
