Affordable Housing through Historic Preservation: Tax Credits and the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Historic Rehabilitation
The publication is a guide for developers of affordable housing on how to work with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Rehabilitation. To be eligible for the Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits, projects must meet the Secretary's Standards. To date, over 10,000 affordable housing projects have been completed that met Secretary's Standards and received the Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credit.
