Structural Properties of Two Brick-Concrete-Block Wall Constructions and a Concrete-Block Wall Construction Sponsored by the National Concrete Masonry Association
For the program on the determination of the structural properties of low-cost house constructions, the National Concrete Masonry Association, Chicago, Ill., submitted 48 specimens representing 3 wall constructions, 2 of which consisted of brick facing and concrete-block backing, the other of concrete blocks only. The specimens were subjected compressive, transverse, concentrated, impact, and racking loads. The results are presented in graphs and in tables.
