The accompanying report by Weil on this subject is supplied in compliance with a teletype request from S.J. Bugbee on February 26, 1944. It is written only to include the pertinent facts to make them available to other personnel on the projects for study. A more complete and detailed report will be issued following the final calibration of the pile and farther appropriate status.
