Results and Analysis from Fire Tests of Building Products in ISO 9705, the Room/Corner Test. The SBI Research Program
This report contains data and analysis from fire tests of 30 building products according to ISO 9705, the Room/Corner Test. The burning behavior and the occurrence of flashover were registered. Heat release rate, smoke production rate and various other parameters were measured. The data of smoke and heat release are also presented as a continuous scale thus making it easy to rank order for the products according to their expected fire hazard. The indices formed are called FIGRA describing the fire growth rate and SMOGRA describing the smoke growth rate.
