Bending deformation behavior of steel concrete beams under short impact loads is studied by considering the additional affect of cement on stress between cracks, if number and position of the cracks are known. Combinatorial and probability calculations on relative slip between steel-and cement-surface for a projected fracture pattern determine density-and ditribution-functions for each bending fracture.
