The proposed project will extend the Interstate 69 freeway across a Lansing-East Lansing metropolitan area to provide fast, safe and efficient transportation for the Tri-County Region. Potential impacts include disruption to public recreation and wildlife refuge areas, effects on wildlife habitat, effect on wetlands and muck areas and alteration of natural ground and surface water drainage.
