The project consists of grading, structures, surfacing and signing on the 'Yankton By Pass'. The proposed work will begin on Highway 50 near the north 1/4 corner of Sec. 5 - T 93N - R 56W and continues easterly and southeasterly to an intersection with present highway 50 approximately 1/4 mile west of the southeast corner of Sec. 9 - T93N - R 55W. Noise and air pollution will diminish for the city of Yankton and safety will be improved.
