Evaluating the Effectiveness of Polymer Modified Asphalts in Surface Treatments
The main objective of this study was to evaluate the overall performance of surface treatments in Wyoming. Such an evaluation is beneficial in determining the cost effectiveness of various materials used in chip seals. In addition, the cost effectiveness of using polymer modified asphalt in surface treatments can be determined.
