Martin County, of which Williamston is the county seat of government, is implementing industry and recreation to assist in the replacement of the economic loss of agriculture. The report analyzes existing community facilities to determine adequacy for 20 year planning period (1970-1990) and makes recommendations for priority of improvements in the second part of this report, Public Improvements Program.
