The plan, including a land use study, is the result of the first year of a joint planning program undertaken by the Town of Manheim and the Village of Dolgeville. The plan is presented as a guide for local planning and development programs and is the product of Town and Village officials working in collaboration with a planning consultant. Implementation methods are suggested in the plan and include Zoning ordinances contained in companion documents. Specific recommendations are made to relate the policy decisions contained in the plan with the regulatory controls of the zoning ordinances. (Author)
