Placement of an Experimental Cold-in-Place Recycled Bituminous Concrete Pavement
A cold-in-place recycled bituminous concrete pavement was constructed on a two-mile section of Route 66, Marlborough, Connecticut. The report describes the design and construction activities of this two-lane, 30-foot wide, 6000 ADT (1979) roadway. One mile of the section was recycled and the other was given the standard treatment (an overlay) and used as a control.
