The Solar Photovoltaic/Thermal Energy Project being carried out by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Lincoln Laboratory under US Department of Energy funding requires a Phase II test plan for its Solar Energy Research Facility (SERF) located at the University of Texas at Arlington.
