Bel Vista Lakeside Estates (207 M), Shiloh, St. Clair, Illinois
The Bel Vista Lakeside Estates Corporation proposes to build a 174 space mobile home park at the edge of Shiloh. The site is on the Shiloh-Lebanon Road and contains 28 acres. The overall plan is in conformance with FHA Standards. The proposed mobile home park is not expected to generate any major adverse environmental problems upon the existing features in the general area; but some unavoidable adverse environmental effects can be expected such as the short time construction noises and traffic, the increase in Public school enrollment, the increase in motor vehicular traffic on roads near the site, and the change in land use from open land to a well designed mobile home park. The site is 2000 feet Southwest of the projected center line of the runway at a point 1.67 miles beyond the end of the runway.
