Potential for Energy-Savings in Commercial Premises in Sweden: Improved Energy Efficiency in Five Office Buildings by Upgrading the Energy Systems
The Swedish Council for Building Research deemed three different types of buildings to be of special interest in the field of energy management; these are schools, office, and commercial buildings, and blocks of flats. The purpose of the demonstration project has been to carry out a full-scale series of energy-saving measures, evaluate the resultant savings in energy consumption by means of on site measurements and, finally, to analyze the economic feasibility and profitability of the project.
