State Highway Route 88 in Maricopa County, Arizona
The project is construction of a 40 foot roadway within a 200 foot right-of-way. There will be some minor temporary adverse impacts upon the environment including the usual noise and dust which accompany this type of construction. Some loss of native vegetation will occur. The proposed project will to some extent encroach upon the natural environment more than the original alignment due to increased road width, larger structures, the increase in scars from cut and fill, and the loss of some of the natural vegetation.
