National Program for Inspection of Non-Federal Dams. Pleasant Valley Reservoir Dam (VT 00064), Connecticut River Basin, Brattleboro, Vermont. Phase I Inspection Report
The dam is an earth fill dam with a concrete core wall and a concrete spillway. The dam is 800 ft. long with a maximum height of 34 ft. It is small in size with a high hazard potential. The test flood for the dam is the full PMF. There were a few significant conditions observed which should be corrected by the owner. An annual program of technical inspections should be instituted.
