This decision document presents the selected remedial action for the Cleveland Mill Superfund Site (hereinafter, the Site), in Grant County, New Mexico. The Site is being handled as one operable unit, in which all the surficial contaminated areas (soils, main tailings piles, the western hillside waste piles, the cobbed ore pile, dust piles, roadbed soils, mine spoils, and creek sediment), and the contaminated ground water and surface water are being addressed.
