Housing in Atlanta: Toward Neighborhood Investment by Residents. A Report for the City of Atlanta and The Atlanta Urban Observatory
This study examines Atlanta's past housing activities and suggests ways to improve the quality of the housing stock and to increase residential options. It emphasizes the importance of the neighborhood environment in improving housing opportunities and recommends that the city commit itself to the revitalization of neighborhoods by adopting policies that encourage property investment by residents.
