Extension of Study on Fundamental Period of Reinforced Concrete Moment-Resisting Frame Structures
The main objective of the study is to understand the behavior of reinforced concrete frame structures during an earthquake. Once the available data are carefully studied and analyzed, we investigate the validity of the suggested code empirical equation for period calculation and recommend appropriate empirical relationships to estimate building periods.
