The project is to construct a Gatesville bypass consisting of sections of 4-lane divided and 2-lane highway on right of way adequate for 4-lane development, with grade separation at other major highway intersections. It will be necessary to reroute traffic from the city business district as well as the community hospital and school areas, and to displace one family with no minority groups involved.
