Development and Implementation of Energy Building Code. Final Report
The development by the State of Massachussetts of energy conservation regulations for all new building construction is discussed. This energy building code developed standards for the thermal performance and for the lighting systems of buildings. A training program for familiarizing building officials with the energy building code was developed, and a technical information center for answering questions about the energy code was established.
