Institutional Strategies for Urban Transportation. Center City Transportation Project
Six guideline studies were developed in the course of the Center City Transportation Project. They were prepared as resource material for use in designing new approaches to improving circulation and distribution in core areas. The studies suggest a number of different views of the urban transportation problem and contain analyses of six critical factors influencing the movement of people and goods in metropolitan centers. The guideline studies are titled: Consumer Analysis Guideline; Financing Public Transportation; Institutional Strategies for Public Transportation; Joint Development; Urban Design Guideline; Urban Transportation Concepts.
