This reports describes Corps of Engineers plan for dam failure and other large flood evacuation emergencies. Specific guidance is given for preparation of inundation maps by Corps offices for use by local cities and counties in their emergency planning. The major parts of an emergency plan and hydraulic and hydrologic analysis pertaining thereto are presented. (Author)
