This article contains the results of experimental studies of the acoustic emission which accompanies the process of laser forming of plates made of stainless steel, titanium steel, and dural steel. Measurements were taken using instruments designed and built at the Institute of Basic Problems of Technology of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
