Proceedings are reported of the 28th National/Regional Conference on Tall Buildings held in Honolulu, Hawaii, January 26-29, 1975. The emphasis of the Conference was on the impact of tall buildings on the growth of cities, reflected in many of the papers included in the publication. Papers in technical areas such as design, analysis, and materials, and on social, political, and economic factors are given as well as descriptions of noteworthy building projects.
