This report contains the papers which were presented at the Energy Audit Workshop in Elsinore, 13-15 April 1981. The purpose of this workshop was to investigate if an international cooperation could be useful for the developing or the implementation of energy audits for buildings. The discussions were concentrated to four areas, and reports from the chairmen of these discussions are included, as well as a summary report and recommendations from the final session during the workshop. The four areas of interest were training and education of audit personnel, instruments and methods for energy auditing, energy consumption of buildings, and major programs for energy conservation.
