Waterfront Access Plan for the Borough of Fair Haven, Monmouth County, New Jersey
This plan presents the results of an access study conducted by the Borough of Fair Haven Waterfront Planning Committee in an effort to improve the access to the waterfront of the Navesink River for all residents of Fair Haven. The report is based on an analysis of the physical and environmental characteristics of the area as well as the comments and concerns expressed by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Fair Haven, the NJDEP, Bureau of Coastal Planning and Development, and residents who attended a public hearing on the plan. The design concept master plan for public access to Fair Haven's waterfront provides the Borough with a concept for optimizing access to the Navesink River for all residents of the Borough and surrounding areas.
